2" receiver hitch on a super lite frame

A custom 2" hitch off the frame to carry a electric chair, I am thinking of installing a hitch on the rear of the 5er, the carrier and chair weight is approx. 350lbs. What do you all think, is the frame to light to do this?

Did you ever end up doing this install? We are looking to install a hitch for a 5-bike rack, and want to be sure that I'm okay in doing so.
