Hot Water Heater

I have a 2001 Keystone Sprinter 26' trailer. I am unable to get my gas hot water heater to light. I have turned off the gas and electrical, waited 5 minutes and tried again per the manual. Any ideas on what might be wrong please?

The ignition for your water heater is 12v dc. Check your main fuse panel for a blown fuse. With an '01 trailer .... do you have electronic ignition????? It may have been optional then. Lite your stove first to be sure all air is bled from lines. There are two black buttons on the heater marked "RESET" push them both and try again. (only one actually works but not sure which one ) Hope this helps, Hank
