No heater or stove operstion

2018 keystone Bullet by Colt (171RKCT) heater stopped heating suddenly. Used heater day before no problem then turned on and see igniter works but no ignition. Changed propane tank with same result. Then tried to see if stove worked and there is no gas getting to appliances. Stopped there,.what can I check / do to get things working? Any quirks with system in these trailers?
