Wax for White Raptor Front Cap?

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck waxing the painted front cap? I tried a bunch of different wax brands and really never got a shine. They just do not really buff out like fiberglass. I tried everything I have. Buffers too! Any ideas?
Thanks,
Keith

I've been using Nu Finish wax. The front decal is still looking good after 6 years. The front of the Cougar is facing west in our driveway and gets a lot of sun all season long.

3M Marine restorer and wax works pretty good. Meguairs has similar products in their marine line. If they don't work, look at Chemical Guys compounds and their Hex pads or use a wool pad.

Turtle Wax Ice

I tried a bunch of things again but not lots of luck. Nu Finish left a white haze. I ended up using Turtle Wax Ice. It is kind of like a clear oily liquid that you just wipe on and then follow up with dry micro fiber rag. Seems to look the best of anything else. Again, this is the front cap on a raptor. The rest of the camper I use a cleaner wax with a buffer and that works well. Just thought I would update in case anyone else is having the same issue. Thx!
