Nope, a switch below and to the left turns my front cap lights on.

How about a light under the steps?

Are those "Lite" switches less calories than the regular "Light" switches?

Sorry, couldn't help myself. Some units have a "night light" near the floor.

We moved into our current house in 1999. There are several 3 and 4 gang light switches and one 5 gang. I still turn on 1/2 of them before I get the right one!

Do you have a central vac?

My panel is different than yours but I have a switch in a similar position that I've not determined the function. I do believe however that it will be to operate the power awning power strip accessories - just got to find to time to make sure.

That is a 12V switch so it either energizes a 12V circuit or a relay for 110VAC. We don’t sell HC so I can’t investigate.

You may be on to something here concerning the power awning power strip accessories. Mine came with 2 accessory lights that I have not been able to make work when attached to the channel. I'll definitely check that out tomorrow.

If you don't have the instructions google dometic 9100 power awning strip accessories. Pick the entry headed "power channel operating - Dometic" with a pdf file for the instructions. I have it but it won't give a link because it keeps downloading onto my hard drive. There is a certain way to align the tabs etc.

Seems like I saw one of those awnings on a unit a couple weeks ago. Didn’t get to really check it out.

I couldn't seem to find the PDF. If you happen to run across it again, could you provide a link ?

Try this link, then click on the third response. https://www.google.com/search?source...YBZBw4Q4dUDCAw

The one you want to click on starts with: 10/06/16 - Power Channel Awning Operating ... - Dometic

Finally found the PDF on the Dometic site. Will check tomorrow to see if that switch controls the accessory rail.

You probably just need to give it a try. There is no telling how that panel was wired and what switch does what. Dometic won't have a clue I doubt how everything was hooked up.

I know there are often times tank sensor labels that don't correspond to anything since manufacturers save money by just using the same panel across many models. Maybe the switch doesn't go to anything?

Check the powered accessories on the awning rails. That is what my mystery switch was for.
