Bathroom grey water tank

Just a quick question is it ok to leave my bathroom grey water tank dump valve open all the time? We are hard piped to the park sewer lines and we are permanant in our park.I have the valve on the galley grey tank closed and dump it at the same time as the black water tank.

Thanks

The only issue I see is if the system “burps” you may get the sewer gas in your unit. I’m not fond of that scent myself.

Should be fine to leave open all the time. The P-traps "should" keep smells out.

I will add that I've tried leaving my bathroom gray tank open one time for an extended period and dumped the galley and black tank as you describe. When it came time to go the ribbed sewer hose had enough "gunk" buildup from I suppose soap residue etc. that I just threw it away vs trying to spend the time trying to clean it out. Since yours is hard piped in and won't have ribs that may not be an issue. I would however try to run enough water through it when letting the bathroom gray drain that it would push any buildup on through the pipe.
