Here's one report of what dealership employees are saying:

"RV dealers around the country also have been hearing talk of EverGreen closing. Employees at a dealership in Alabama said they heard talk of EverGreen ceasing operations on Tuesday and were officially notified by the company on Friday.
They said warranties for EverGreen products would be voided and spare parts would no longer be available.
Jared Farr, who works at a Michigan dealership, said if the company indeed is going out of business,
he’s worried that customers who bought Evergreen RVs will be out of luck if their vehicle breaks down, since a defunct company would not be able to fulfill a warranty.
“If they go out of business, that voids that warranty,” Farr said.
Bob Biggs, who works at a Pierceton dealership, said EverGreen employees he knows told him this week they had been fired. When he picked up RV parts earlier this week, he said, employees at the parts facility told him they couldn’t comment on the rumors EverGreen was shutting down.
“You would think they would let their dealers know,” he said."
