Slide topper issue

Have 2013 Keystone Cougar. We had slide toppers put on all 3 of our slider rooms two are working just find. The biggest topper sags when it rains. Have taken it in for this problem. Have the spring tightened, twice, but it still sags and water pools up there. Any suggestions, besides closing the slider to get the water to run off.
Thanks!

Many people will put a beach ball under the slide cover to help hold it up. You can also use a swimming pool cover "float" The key is just to get enough height under the slide cover to prop up the middle so it won't pool water. Good luck

Mine does the same thing and a beach ball was suggested. This morning I had a frozen puddle up there!

I'll be in myrtle beach this week, you want me to pick up a few and we'll send them out as needed.
