Have you ever had water at the sink and/or toilet? Perhaps there is some construction debris clogging the pex line going to the bathroom. On our trailer, there are some relatively tight bends in the lines - if your cold water line has kinked, it might stop the flow. If your unit is a fifth-wheel, perhaps you can access the plumbing from the "basement".

If the hot side works in all the fixtures, that points to an issue in the cold side, probably before it tees off from one fixture to the others.

I doubt debris has clogged all the cold sides of all the fixtures, but you need to rule them out one by one. Turn off the water pump, or shut off the city water. Then slowly loosen the fitting at the toilet. If you get no,water pressure then odds are the problem is further upstream. If you have water pressure then the issu is in the flush valve. Same procedure for each fixture.
