THis is the biggest difference I see with my chip. Far less hunting of gears then before I chipped my truck.

I have towed for 15 years, I know not a veteran by any means, with 1 Ford 6.0L, a 2011 Dodge Cummins and my new 2013 with Cummins and Asian trans.

I have never taken a vehicle out of overdrive while towing unless in the mountains. Have never been west of the Mississippi but have been up and down the Pa turnpike, ect.

I will only run cruise control if I am south of the NC/SC line where it is relatively flat. In Mid Atlantic, North East I won't use it as they all seem to hunt and search in and out of OD.

I can control the throttle and lose a little speed instead of running the trans in and out of OD.

I changed the trans fluid in the Ford every 30k. Did not have the 11 long enough but never struggled with it and the new 2013 is like butter while towing. Smooth and creamy.
