Spare Tire Holder
Okay, time for the dumb question of the day....I have just purchased a 2007 Passport 280bh. While messing around the front end the other day, I noticed the spare tire was hanging loose. It looks like there is a winch device to roll it back up against the frame. There is a hairpin clip on a shaft but it is not in a good place to hand tighten it. Anybody else had this issue?
