2013 hideout 26bhswe picking it up from the dealership

so i will picking up my new tt Saturday, i was wondering if there are things that i should look over other than the pdi check list. such as testing the slide using the hot water , furnace. i have had trailers but nothing like this one, and i dont want it to leave the dealership with screws loose. thank you

Have em do a full setup. Run the PDI and all before you sign on the line!

If you really want to make their life miserable, make them retract the slide manually.

I *think* I have to dismantle some of the trim across the top of my slide, but I'm pretty sure I'll be pretty hosed if I ever have to do this. Nobody seems to know how to access the motor to manually run the slide in. Make the dealer figure it out for you.

Congrats

Hey bro,

Congratulations on the new rig. It wasn't very long ago for us either and I must say, I absolutely love it.

Just get that first 4-5 trips under your belt and write down all the little things that need fixing, tightening, etc and then drop her off for warranty service. But give them a solid 4-8 weeks since warranty stuff always seems to take long!!!

For instance, our biggest issue was that the linoleum floor wasn't glued down very well and you could see some bubbling here and there. The drawer for the couches were not coming out smooth, the sconce light on the wall was scratched and a few other small things, but all is well now.

HAVE FUN and be safe.

Ty
