New owner of a 2021 Premier 23RB
My wife and I picked up a Bullet Premier 23RB. We picked it up in lake Havasu Arizona and towed it home to Sacramento (a little over 600 miles). Towed it with my Ram 1500. Definitely felt the 5400 lb trailer back there but the 1500 did well, even up some long steep grades. Looking forward to lots of weekend camping and great forum discussions. Although I usually find that belonging to a forum can get expensive with all the good ideas and modification threads.

Welcome! You felt the trailer back there because shipping weight is listed as 5265 lbs. When camping you will be towing a 7K lb tailer and your 1/2 ton will not be loving life. Perhaps budget for a 3/4 ton truck... in any case, enjoy your new camper! Did you get the recliners or U shaped dinette? I personally would prefer recliners as watching television from a dinette gets old but not everyone would agree... matter of personal choice.

Welcome Hambone!
Are you new to RVing, or just to the forum?
I would spend some time going over that beautiful brand new trailer and make doubly sure everything is sealed as it should be. #1 killer of RVs is leaks- not from the roof itself but all the penetrations/front cap connection, window frames, door frames, hatch doors, etc.
Nice rig!

We got the dinette instead of the recliners. We don’t watch much TV on our weekend warrior adventures. I’ll have to make due with the 1500 for now. I spent a significant amount of time pouring over the numbers. It’s the max I would tow with a 1/2 ton but the weights on the trailer and tongue are well within and bellow the tow capacity and payload capacity of my 1500 (11k. Tow and 1400+ payload) especially since it’s just the wife and I. I also wouldn’t want a trailer any longer then this (23’ box - 27’ bumper to tongue). Maybe someday, but for now, my 1/2 ton will have to be my work horse.

Thank you!! Not my first RV, but first on this forum. Already have done some sealing and tightening of different things. Notice on delivery that there was already a gap in the seal of the front cap and had them seal it. I’ll keep an eye on that. Thank you for the heads up.

When I go camping, my goal is to plop my tail in my recliner and watch DishTV. When I get home in the evening afternoon, my goal is to plop my rear end in my recliner and watch DishTV. The missus makes me do stuff when we go camping and it cramps my TV watching but I love her so submit and go outside sometimes.

Nice rig!
You're sure to hear concerns about your your truck payload on this site, but it looks to me to be a well matched rig.
Have fun.

If you have not had a chance to use the shower please run water all around the bottom and sides. First night and 1st shower in our brand new Premier 30RI water flowing out the bottom corners of side walls. This is the most leaking item in trailers.

Nice rig, they have made several changes compared to our 2014 22RB, that make better use of the space, including the extra foot of length.
Enjoy your new camper, take lots of pictures and post often.
