Cleaning Caulking with what?

Washed the trailer yesterday with Mequires Wash and Wax and some of the caulking is still dirty. One side sits under pine trees and gets pretty dirty over the Winter. Was going to detail it and started looking for what's best and safe to clean it with. I had heard mineral spirits are good and safe but not sure. I think WD-40 is part mineral spirits. I know I can't use that around the rubber roof though. Wondering what others use.

Use this stuff, nothing works better at cleaning off the black streaks and the caulking. http://www.dollargeneral.com/product...uctId=11786549 Use it straight if it is really stubborn. I didn't believe it when other campers told us about, then someone brought me a jug, keep it on hand all the time now.

Awesome is a miracle at cleaning and degreasing. We always keep some on hand for use in the shop and laundry. Just don't breathe it.

I always have Awesome around. It woks great on cleaning mildew off the awnings. I have used it to clean black streaks and epdm roofing. Best part is - it is cheap!

I wasn't sure about Awesome on the awning, so I used Tilex last week. Came out great! Either one will remove wax, so I was careful.

Ok, thanks for the suggestions. I'll try some Awesome. Plan to rewash and wax after. And I need something for the awning too, the regular stuff marketed as awning cleaner is pretty worthless.
