Water heater help

Hi I was wondering if the Bullet 258rks has both electric and gas water heater if so how would I turn on the electric, my shower water temperature only heats up to 92 degrees even when it is set at 124 degrees and I’ve been trying to figure out how to get my water hot

What year is your trailer? The only water heaters I have seen with a temperature setting/display are the newer demand water heaters which are gas-only.
