324CG Ramp issue

I have a 2020 324cg, which was just in service as the ramp door is jammed into a corner and won't open when the trailer is auto leveled. Took couple months to get a new door in and installed. Picked it up today and it's still jammed in corner when auto leveled. Door opens and operates as intended when hooked up to truck or just sitting on ground. Any one else have this type of issue. Owners manual says to load and unload anything motorized, like a golf cart, only when hooked up. We don't have anything motorized to load or unload, but have standards bikes and other outdoor gear stored in there but only access after we're set up, and it's a hassle to get things out when needed.

I would think that moving motorized things only while hitched would have to do with making sure the trailer is secure and doesn't roll away. It sounds to me like the open end of the trailer where the ramp seats is racking or twisting. Did you try to level then open it at the dealer?

This was the second time it was in for this issue, first time they said nothing was wrong when it's on level ground, which is true. Only have this issue when I use the auto level. Didn't get to check it at dealer this time as I had no time too. But it's going back after this trip for a crushed rear heater hose.

I would ask the dealer to demonstrate how to use the self leveling feature and then open the ramp door.

Manually level it so that you can operate the ramp easily then recalibrate the level up system at that point. This should then level to the same position when using auto level.
Sorry don't recall the calibration sequence but should be easily found.

You may want to reserve your auto level. We have a 2020 Montana high country 381Th and have done this twice. How this is Done is manually leveling the coach while in manual mode until level. Check this with carpenters level in storage compartment or floor inside the door. Level side to side and front to back Once this is done with power off press ok on lippert control head 10 times. That will become your new zero point for the system to go to next time you auto level. Hope this helps
