tire blow out damages

so our 07 289bhs blew the rear passenger tire causing some pretty big damages.(40 miles into the trip home from buying...…) fender flare, Sheetmetal, underbelly fabric, floor, and interior damages- bunkhouse wall, furnace motor, carpet...….

I have install the new plywood floor (need to seal up) removed the boiler for repair-replacement later and patched the metal siding together for now. how do I seal the underside back up from weather? cover with tarp like or is there underbelly I can get for repair?

The black material ( Darco ) can be purchased from a few sources.
I had the same luck as you when I brought the current trailer home for the first time.
I was a bit luckier and had no full intrusion into the cabin.
I did have to replace insulation and the luan (wood / cardboard like crap) and finally the darco.
I bought the darco/scrim tape combo from amazon. The easiest way I found was to use spray adhesive on the luan and then apply the darco and seal off the seams with scrim tape. Use a hair dryer or heat gun on low and a seam roller to help the adhesive on the tape seal better. That's just gets you back to where the manufacture deemed it usable.

There are other links that other folks have tried to make the wheel well a little stronger using more robust products.

Check the remaining tires for make, date of manufacture, and load rating. I was on the way to get new tires for the rig from the dealer, so they were there waiting for me.I went to a load range e from d, and went with Carlisle radial trail hd. I wanted to lessen the chance of near future blow outs.
There are also posts on using TPMS devices to mitigate full blow out situations.

I am taking it that he is saying his PASSENGER SIDE TIRE blew. If he said drivers tire I would not think he was talking about a tv tire blowing. Absolute literal interpretations cause many errors.

Looking at his photos, the tire that blew is the curb side rear tire (or the door side rear tire). He didn't state, "My tires are passenger type tires"... and I don't think he intended the post to include the "kind of tires" that were on the trailer..... Rather, the message he conveyed, IMHO, is that the tire was on the "passenger side" of his trailer and was the "rear tire on that side".....

OP, you referenced the "underbelly fabric". I am assuming you are talking about the Darco fabric. There is another material (don't know if it is on yours) called Coroplast that covers the underside of the trailer on some models; more of a corrugated plastic. It's available from different suppliers on the internet as well. Sorry to hear of the damage and wishing you luck on a quick repair.
