Bubble in the siding

I have a bubble on the right side on my 2011 springdale approximately where the shower is inside. I push against and don't feel any water or anything on the inside. I'm wondering if it is because I part it on a slope and perhaps it puts stress on the trailer causing the bubble. The bubble is about 1 foot and a half long and a foot tall.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance
