DC touch screen issue.

Tried to calibrate the touch screen and it has made it impossible to provide the correct passcode to use the features of the DC module.

Is there a way to reset the DC to full factory defaults? Tried to reset by removing all shore and battery power from the trailer for 10 mins. When power was restored, the touch screen still doesn't match the buttons.

Another option could be a way to bypass the need for a passcode to get to the settings screen? Probably need to reset the calibration, but can't get into the settings menu.

Thanks in advance.

Thank you Chuckster57 for the reply. The FAQs did not provide any help and the 800 number is only available M-F 7am-6pm.

Hah! I was going to suggest you could do it from your phone (assuming you had paired it yet), but I find that none of the "interesting" features (like setting the passcode timer to "never") are available from the phone app.

Thanks for the investigation and thoughts. I thought the change of the passcode from the phone would have an effect on the DC Module. We have proved that not to be the case. It only changes the passcode for the phone and does not update the DC passcode

Yeah, the two are not at all connected. But I thought you might be able to get into the menu that lets you turn the passcode expiration timer off on the DCM. Alas, not from the app.

Solution was to connect a mouse the USB port on the DC. This produced a mouse coursor that could be used to enter the passcode and calibrate the touch screen again Issue resolved. Thank you for the replies.
