Spingdale 311RE Light Switch question
Hello
I have a 2015 311RE that I am about to purchase. I dont know what the 3 switches do. As soon as you walk in the camper door, immediately to the left which is above the counter to the left of the stove is a bunch of switches. A couple of them move the slide outs in and out. There are 3 switches that are grouped together and I do not know what these 3 switches do. I know one of the 3 turns the awning lights off and on. Does anyone know what the other 2 switches next to it does?

Most likely outdoor lights. Maybe a porch and a "scare" light?

Three? Do you have three tanks? They might be tank heaters.

Don’t believe tank heaters were a thing back in 2015, and he already knows what one of them does, so down to two switches.

Awning lights, overhead kitchen lights (pucks may have their own switch on the light fixture), and I have an LED string light under the countertop at the top of the cabinets for "mood" lighting. Good luck!

One of the switches is (or should be) for the scare light that's mounted on the upper forward curbside of the trailer. That light fixture is "notorious" for corrosion on the bulb base, so the light bulb may be burned out or otherwise not working. So "turning the switch on/off may not work to identify the function if the bulb is burned out"... You'll need to verify that the bulb is working, then, if none of those switches operate the light, you'll need to further troubleshoot the fixture.
The other "unknown switch" likely is for a "step light" located on the frame rail at the back of the space where the steps fold up. It's really just a yellow clearance light and also is not "really reliable to always work"... So check that bulb as well before discounting that a switch doesn't work on that light fixture.

I have the same model trailer. one switch is for the scare light.one is for the led strip under the awning and the other is for the interior light that is on the ceiling by the door.

That was it. Thank you.
I had found that one switch did the awning light and a 2nd switch worked a single light at the entrance. I wished that worked the whole living room. The 3rd switch which I did not know makes sense that it is the scare light. I see that it does not come on. I will have to troubleshoot that.
Thank you everyone.
