External TV Mount

Anyone know where I can find a “mating” external TV mount for the one that came on my 2021 Keystone Sprinter Limited 5th wheel? See picture. I need a TV mount that connects to this. It’s only about 4” x 4”. Not having any luck finding one.

Apparently that will fit Ramco mounts... or at least what I find..
