Capital grill

Just an FYI for those capital grill people. My 2021 29bhs came with one, in the metal frame. After some testing, I found that if you leave the little drip tray off, it doesn't heat much, but putting that drip tray on, I was able to get a cast iron skittle up to 500° within about 5 minutes. Hard to believe that that little tray changes things that much but I think it blocks air enough to allow for heating.
