Learning to tow via PC
New to towing, having trouble backing up your trailer? Stuck home because of Covid-19 but still want to get out and practice your driving? Found this game very helpful, American Truck Simulator, you get in the cab and have to back up varies trailers, you travel the NW states using GPS in the truck, scenery is great and very realistic. Living in Oregon and motorcycling Turing for decades found the roads in the game to be very accurate on major details. I have been able to practice backing up trailers, learned to better watch my trailer when turning, using those side mirrors, navigating via GPS, how to get in and out of gas stations with a long trailer! Game sells for around $25 bucks and is not so demanding on your PC that many should have enough power to operate.
If you want to see what the roads are like in these western states, AZ, OR, CA, NV, NM, try this cheap way to drive those roads and see the scenery.
