I would install a shunt style battery monitor which will show your true load (and charging) even when you think everything is off... I found our outside refrgierator running thru the inverter when disconnected from shore power. :-)

That’s a great idea. I actually have one, its the Victron SmartShunt battery monitor. Interesting how they wire these things! [emoji3]
