No pwr to heater

Today I picked up my keystone bullet premier that had it's air conditioner unit replaced due to an accident. The A/C works fine, but now I'm not getting pwr to my heater. Does pwr go through the A/C to the heater? The heater worked fine before taking the RV in for the A/C replacement.

converter is usually near or behind the fuse panel, it converts 120ac into 12v. is it a 30 amp or 50 amp unit?

The furnace has 4 wires:
12V positive
12V negative
2 thermostat wires.

Odds are they didn’t hook something up at the control box in the AC return if one thermostat controls both systems.

When you say "not getting power" can you elaborate?

Are you saying you checked with a meter and have no 12v dc at the control board?
Or are you meaning that the furnace just doesn't work?

I believe it's not getting pwr to my heater because when you turn the thermostat on , nothing happens.

I would suspect they didn't connect the thermostat correctly. Any time an issue like this happens after it;'s been worked on the logical thing to do is check out what was worked on.
