Trailer storage, back in or pull through? Rate?

I'm paying $86 (with tax) a month for a fully covered stall with 15amp service in a gated and lighted lot with surveillance cameras... less that 5 minutes from my house.

in central pa I pay 78 a month. that's a back in 40 foot space, with a roof but not enclosed. It is concrete and includes electric. the facility is double keypad entry gated with survelliance cameras.

We pay fifty/month including tax. Keypad fenced gravel lot with cameras. Back in spot. No electricity but I just plug into the truck when I need power.
