Don't start what you aren't sure how to finish !!!!!

If you aren't familiar with basic plumbing, this job is well beyond your capability to complete. You'll need PEX cutters, fittings, caps, a means to cover the hole left in the side of your trailer, a way to seal that cover so it won't leak rain into the trailer as well as "just removing the faucet".

Begs the question, "why?". What's the purpose of removing it?

All the PEX lines are 1/2", any fittings would be 1/2" compression fittings. I have not seen a cap for a rubber compression fitting in about 10 years, I don't know if they even still make them.
