I use pre-ground coffee. Most mass market coffee is fine with me but that does not include Maxwell House. We usually by the Costco Kirland 100% Columbian. Home and in the camper (when we have electric) it's drip. When dry camping it's perc unless I'm just making for myself then it is either French Press or pour over.

Recently picked up a pound called Waking Dead from a local roaster. Not very strong but smooth as glass.
