Kill switch on radio is easy.
Pull the radio.
There will be a bunch of wires back there. The one with the inline fuse is the +12vdc line.
Pull the fuse and cut the wire after the fuse.
Extend as necessary to your switch location.
Replace the fuse when done.

If the radio is on it's own circuit, you could just pull the fuse for that circuit from the power center when you want to kill power to the radio.

Well, Andy and Steve answered your radio question so I'll take a crack at the rims. On my 290RKS I bought the 16" steel rims from a local trailer parts store. (not Rv ... utility and boat) Cost about $50 each and went with Michelin XPS Ribs. Be sure you measure all clearances at each wheel position. Width clearance is very close on the slide side. Travel safely, Hank

John, My rims were 6 lug 65psi rated and now 6 lug 80 psi rating. Be sure to get the correct valve stems also. I went with metal 110 psi rating because they were available for the hole size in the rims. For peace of mind, upgrading the tires was the best investment for ME so I don't think you will regret it either. .... Hank

If you are looking to conserve power, did you consider placing a disconnect switch at the battery to kill all the power?

I believe the OP was wanting to eliminate just the "vampire" drain of the radio which constantly draws to keep the clock display active.
