Hello and welcome to the forum!

Ah, the memories of the venerable Navistar 7.3. We bought a new 1996 Ford F 250HD with that engine, and it served hauling our Lance camper for years. The only weaknesses in that engine are the cam position sensor (always carry a spare and the 10mm end wrench to change it) and the belt driven vacuum pump. Always meant to convert to Hydra Boost. Sold it before I could do that.

Enjoy your travels, and stay safe!
