I mounted the Morryde fold-out steps to our Alpine 3011RE. I had to make significant modifications to the door sill. There was a flange outside that housed the LED light strip. I removed the LED strip and cut the flange from the sill. I also had to remove the screen door and elongate the screw holes in the screen hinges.
I love the stability and step width. I've read online that some folks have had problems with accessing the inside while parked in storage lots due to the required outswing to fold the steps out.
It's probably too late to ask, but has anyone had any other problems with these type of steps? Such as stability on uneven ground?
Thanks in advance!
