In Command Newbie Trouble

Hey all - I'm a new owner of a 29BHS and I'm trying to setup my global connect on In Command. When I go to register my info it tells me that "this RV has already been registered by another account". I've wiped the old owner's info from the system, but it still gives me that error.

Any help would be great! Thanks!

Have you tried pushing the reset button behind the cover in the pass through?

Also, kill the 12V power to the unit. 1) Unplug shore power and 2) disconnect the battery leads for 30 seconds to insure you get a full reset.

That issue sounds to me like it’s and issue with the website cloud service for ASA Jensen..

You are trying to register a system that is already linked to a cloud account .. I think

I’d simply contact ASA Jensen customer support and tell them your issue..

I rather doubt that resetting the BCM or anything else will resolve this issue till that active serial number and ID to that BCM system is removed from the cloud service data base
