2016 Passport 2920BH roof care and regular maintenance
Hi everyone!!! This is my third trailer and largest trailer and it is stationary. I bought it used in 2018 and have not done much to the roof yet other than clean and look for any cracks. This weekend I will be cleaning again and am just not sure how often to seal, reseal, etc.
My roof is not considered “walk on” but I feel like an idiot because I am not even sure what the material is.....and really need to educate myself lol. Should I be removing old lap seal entirely before applying new? And which products? Dicor? Or is it too soon at 4 years old. Need advice from those that have done it!! Ty!!
