So far, not bad!

Hi everyone! New to Keystone and I hope the relationship lasts a long time. Took delivery of a 2020 Cougar 22RBS in early May and am pleased with the quality so far. Minor glitches in unit but I look at owning an rv as a learning experience and an education in being handy.
Worst thing so far was not a show stopper but a head scratcher as in why did they do that.
30" under bed lid had two 60 pound lifts and two rv door hinges that are rated for about 30 pounds for a pair. One hinge broke before the first trip and kept the lid from going down as there was so much force needed to close it and the dw had to stand on the end and keep it in place while it got muscled down.
Can't figure why two flimsy hinges and two heavy duty struts were used. Easy fix was to put in four 3" hinges to keep the middle from sagging and replace the struts with 30 pound ones.
Just hope all the future fixes are that easy!

Why? On the assembly line, the workers have a big box labeled hinges and a big box labeled struts; there is a large mix of various types in each and the highly trained assembled grabs two of each and sticks 'em on Building RVs doesn't seem to be a precision exercise. Lots of head scratchers.
