Moving on

Well I will probably stick around but I signed a purchase agreement for a 2019 Sandpiper 379FLOK. Looking forward to the new camper.

RJ, Sandpiper is a nice RV for a fair price. And as we all know, many, many of the same products are used for most brands.

That was my thought. Not sure how responsive the forest river group is. I plan to use this forum for my issues more than any other. I feel I have many friends here even though it is only over the forum. Next will be truck shopping. Lol.

Just by the model # on the Sandpiper I'm guessing close to 40' long & 16k+ GVW weight wise so hope you're shopping dually trucks.

Congrats! We have a “family” Sandpiper travel trailer, it’s a long story. It was made back in the timber wall days and is heavy.

While I’m not a fan of Forest River after my Wildcat, i do understand that all these RVs are pretty much made the same and knowledge gained here will carry you into any RV.

And, If he has been here long enough he will know what truck to buy.

Nice floor plan. Almost 42' and empty pin of 2500#. That's a lot of trailer. Good luck and please stick around and let us know how the competition stacks up since many of us are always looking. Travel safely, Hank
