Invisa-pull gate valves

My Vantage trailer has Invisa-pull gate valves and I am trying to get information on them. The valves are very stiff and I would like to find a way to make them work more smoothly/easily. A couple other Vantage owners have noted the same thing.

This isn't a problem that developed, they have always been stiff so I don't know if that is the way they are supposed to be or if I can do something to change how they function.

I can't find the company that makes them either so any info would be appreciated in that regard as well.
