3100rl & Bike Rack Installation

Just purchased new 3100RL and looking for advise on custom Bike Rake to add to rear. Any advice would be appreciated. Is underbelly removal and frame weld feasible?

Have the same unit and same question. Warranty likely will be voided if a rack or hitch were welded to rear frame. I am looking at possibility of bolting a stiff piece of angle iron in place of the light channel that is there now, and bolt a receiver to the angle and the rear frame cross member. All I need is a place to hang two bikes. Will update as I get close to actually doing it.

After the first year warranty was up I removed the bolted bike rack off and welded to the frame a 3 ,2 inch hitches ,the one in the middle is to tow a small trailer and the others for the bikes.
