2013 fridge

Hi, We purchased a brand new 2013 Bullet travel trailer. Used it about 5 times this year. This last time the fridge is completely inoperable. No light, no cooling in fridge or freezer. Checked fuses and did everything that manual suggested. Now camper is at the dealer. Anyone else having this issue or have suggestions?

You may want to check or reset the ground fault outlet, most are in the bathroom.

Friend of mine had the same problem. Called me ,went over to his house.to check it out. Long story short, he hooked the battery up wrong, blew fuses in converter. Fixed battery , changed fuses ,fridge came back on !!! Just an idea, good luck !!!

When you say 2013 refrigerator, do you mean Dometic LP/electric or Atwood helium? both are used by Keystone and they are significantly different...

If yours is a Dometic, when you checked the fuses, did you open the black box in the rear (outside vent panel) and check the two fuses there also?

If it's not the converter/battery fuse in the distribution panel, it may well be one or both of the "black box" fuses.

If it's an Atwood refrigerator, sorry, I know very little about them.....

On our older trailer, if you accidentally shorted the battery connection (with way wiring was, was easy to do) a fuse on the dometic fridge would blow. Had to open exterior access door and change the fuse on the circuit board. Only place locally that had correct size fuse was rv dealer. Hope that helps.
