Black Water Tank Flush

Well they say never vary from routine and I found out way.... after draining my black tank I hooked the hose up to my black tank flush and had the drain valve closed and walked away.... Long story short and a loud pop later something broke. I have a 2012 Sprinter with the Extreme Thermal Package so the underside is sealed. I cut several holes in the underside to drain out the water and get air in to start to dry it out. I have checked all the connections in the bathroom and nothing is popped and no got inside, I refilled the black tank using the tank flush again and I am not getting any water out of the drain holes I cut. Does anyone know of a pressure valve or anything that may have popped or have any experience with this? I am not sure if repairs would be covered under my insurance or not. Any thoughts or advise would be appreciated.

Currently, there is a thread running on this very topic as well as dozens of threads/posts already here on the forum about black tank issues, black tank flush check valves, etc. Try using our search function to see what others have said and done about the problem you have just had. There's a ton of stuff for you to read!

Try typing in : Black tank flush or something similar.
