Husky centreline and noise

My freind picked up his new camper tonight, a slingshot by Crossroads which is a Thor company who is the parent company of Keystone. On my advice he went with a husky centreline system which during its first haul worked very well with gust of 60 and no sway felt.

The only question is the installer said you should not hear any noise from the system, backing up I do hear the creaks and bangs similar to the Reese dual cam which I own. The installer specifically stated this would not be the case with the husky as I was there for the PDI. Is this correct and the system is setup wrong or is this info wrong and noises occur? The truck sits perfect and everything from my inspection appears correct.

I have never seen or owned a WD hitch that didn't creak and moan. I have heard there are some like the Anderson, but I have never encountered them.

I had an Anderson on my last camper, no noise at all.

I now have a Husky and it creaks like most WDHs. I do disconnect the sway when backing, dealer said so.

Now they stated it did not need to be removed but I noticed it limited the ability to turn sharply backing up.
