jumped In: Ordered Sleep Number Bed 50% off CW

Well wasn't planning to do it this early and wasn't expecting such a low price.....

Our RV bed, a decent one actually, always left my DW a bit sore. Knew we'd probably bite the bullet in the spring but CW has an unbelievable sale going on. Best price on the Deluxe was 1100+ on sale....now $600. Went with the Premier model.

Now just have to figure out how to install. Am thinking I'll need to add an outlet in the under bed storage area. Will search forum for input!

Congrats

You made a decision many of us have been pondering. After you have tried it for a few weeks, let us know how it is working for you. We have a 2011 5er, but, mattress is already saggy.

It's amazing to me that the mfgr did not try to sell me a better mattress for my 5er when we bought it. Would gladly have spent another $500 or so.

If we do stay in this 5er, it's 5 years (max) and out to a newer model. If Keystone, which has provided us good value, it will be a Mountaineer (biggie) and I will not be towing it anyplace. At that point, it will be our "go to" cabin that requires a lot less outdoor maintenance than a real cabin...

We belong to a beautiful owner's resort in the town of Dahlonega, GA.

Anyone going through this area should visit R Ranch. They do accept limited outside club memberships for short stays.

We have had the sleep number for a few years now, when we traded and purchased the High Country I put the old mattress back in and transferred the sleep number to the new unit. Love it, even bought one for the stick house. I mounted the pump unit under the head of the bed box. Cut a couple holes in the plywood to run the tubes up and one near the bottom on the side for the electrical cord, works great. Have found though, depending on your elevation you will need to adjust your setting - minor issue. Enjoy. HAPPY CAMPEN...

We have one and love it. We also purchased a new rv and switched the old one back to it original before trade. Would recommend it to any one.
