In Command Global Connect Update

2019 Cougar In Command panel tells me dc update available. When trying to update in settings menu it tells me file not found. Does the update have to be downloaded to a storage device first. I am connected to Wi-Fi.

Update instructions are here: https://www.in-command.net/wp-conten...and-ncsp35.pdf

You'll need a USB flash drive to download the updates and then proceed with the update.

Anytime I have received an OTA update on my 2019 inCommand system, I just have to accept it for it to install. No USB drive is necessary for OTA updates.
