Coleman perfectflow work with my LP rv propane?

I have a small coleman like the one pictured below. Does anyone have any experience with this grill working with low pressure? I have a quick connect available on my TT and would like to adapt to this grill. Im seeing a lot of info on the newer coleman grills but nothing on this model. I've searched and searched and no good info for this model here or google. I want to eliminate the regulator form this grill I do know that much as I cant run that with the low pressure of the RV

They make all sorts of fittings for various portable gas grills. I got one to connect my Colemand RoadTrip grill to my onboard propane, as well as one for my Blackstone griddle.
