I guess I need to call Geico again. Maybe it was just that one rep.

I dealt with a rep in the RV side of Geico not auto or home.

When Geico sent me the email needing to insure my truck too they sent me a phone number that went to an RV or whatever "specialist" division. You might try that.

So I appreciate all the replies. It's just gotten more complicated it seems. My auto policy just renewed for 6 months and my home policy renews for a year in a week. The RV I have a month to figure out. Sigh. I think I'm just going to go with Progressive for a year on the RV only until I really have time to sit down and go through all the "muck" of checking other comparable rates. In a year I get one "child" off the auto policy so that will change things too.

The reason i like a stand alone policy is the RV and its "stuff" is always covered no matter what or where. With an auto policy rider if it's hooked to the truck its one thing, if it's not and sitting in the yard and a tree falls on it it's another. If it's in a campground it's another, and if the campground doesn't have insurance it's another. Too many variables in my mind. Probably missed a few things, but you get the point.

Just talked to Geico again. They reiterated they do not provide towing or emergency service coverage for duallies. They said if you are paying for it you shouldn't be, because they won't provide you any service. They also said the replacement value clause needs to be in the policy at the time it's initiated. It can't be added later.
