I have the 2 Yamaha EF2000is generators and have connected them together with the special cable. I was then able to use my 30amp 120V adapter on the 50amp cable and plug into the generators and run our rear 15000 A/C unit , the frig, microwave, TV's, etc. and didn't have any problems. Our 50amp service connector is at the rear of the 5er, so I just moved the generators as far away as I could and as close to something I could chain them to. We don't generally run all the stuff at once, but did it to test the generators under as heavy a load as possible. Hope this helps.

I know I am about 4 years late but I use the same setup and they work great running everything. If I turn everything else off and just run the AC, it literally runs for nearly 10 hours no problem before refueling. I did purchase an extended run tank but could never really get it to work properly with gravity feed.
