Bedroom TV mounts

In the process of deciding on options on a Montana High Country 323. If you don't order the bedroom TV, do you still get the 12v outlet and the cable connection in both the bedroom and the storage bay?

My Laredo came with a 12v and 120v outlet in the bedroom, a 120v outlet in the basement, and the cable connection in both places.

I only have a television in the living room.......so far
