lubricating waste tank valve cables

what have people done to lubricate the cables on the waste tank valves.

Has anyone used this cable lube product for motorbike cables?

Any help is appreciated, I would like to get my tank valves to open and close with less resistance.

I use this on my Harley clutch cable and lawn mower cables etc...

Best stuff ever.
