Laredo 291TG Bathroom sink trim

Just picked up a 2012 Laredo 291TG, nice trailer but there was one concern that I had. Below the bathroom sink there is a thin sheet of plywood which wraps around the front of the sink as it extends past the counter. It is not supported and has no backing. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to strengthen it or replace it. I have to young kids and I know it will be broken in a trip or two.

I have a 7 and 9 year old. It's never been an issue.

No problem on my unit either... I have a 8 and 11 yr old.
I guess the proof will be in the pudding when I leave for a 2 week trip ina few days. Nothing like some solid usage to work out the 'bugs'.

Problem is that my kids are 4 and 2 both boys and they hang off anything they can get a hold of. I’m not saying that there is a possibility that they will break it, I’m saying that they WILL break it just a matter of time…I’m expecting 2-3 trips…Maybe I need to replace the kids?

Keep the kids! Just let them have a good time camping and hopefully they will be too tired to break anything.

Besides ... I'm old and lean on anything I can and haven't broken a vanity yet.

Thin Plywood on vanity.

I have had that same design on other units. It would be a good idea to acquire a piece of the same panel and store it in case it ever does get broken. One broke on me once and i ended up patching it from behind with another layer which made it thicker and hard to re-bend.
