Atwood Fridge Question

While prepping for my upcoming camping trip i have discovered my Atwood Helium fridge is acting up. While on AC my fridge is showing as on with no errors but is not cooling (has been plugged in for about 2.5 weeks, not sure when it stopped working but we had power outages last weekend). I switch to gas or auto the propane kicks in and will cool properly. I called my dealer and he mentioned letting it go on gas for a couple hours than flip back to AC to see if this fixes the issue as some people with similar sounding symptoms were able to resolve by this process. I did as he suggested but no luck.

As my next step of trouble shooting, last night I turned the fridge off completely overnight and this morning I have turned the fridge back on AC before coming to work. Not sure if it will be working properly when I get home tonight.

Has anyone ever experienced the same issues? I am thinking it might be a warranty call.

Your control board, lights and propane igniter are 12v and seem to be working. Check for tripped circuit breaker .. if good check outlet behind fridge for power. I am not familiar with Attwood fridge but there may be fuses in the rear compartment that were blown when you had power problem. JM2˘, Hank

I just checked the fuses in the back of the fridge and they all appear good. Re-seat all of themSo looks like tomorrow I will be scheduling a trip to the dealer. Almost 2hr in each direction, might have to wait it out till I go camping in that direction.
