Lightbulb 276RLS Mod to gain extra storage by the Door

One thing that was lacking in our 2011 Keystone Cougar Fifth Wheel was a place to put our shoes. Generally they get placed by the entrance door in a heap. The other day I was exploring the space under the kitchen counters and noticed a large void filled with nothing right next to the door. Bing! A light bulb lit up in my head! What a perfect spot to install a couple cubby holes to stow our shoes in.

Looks perfect. Wonder why they wasted that space like that. Good job.

Our pump is located in the back drivers side corner beside the swivel rocker, it has an angled, carpeted access cover.

Thumbs up

Hello Raytronx - Beautiful and useful addition. It takes an experienced eye to spot those little possibilities as you have. Makes me want to look around my trailer!

Thanks, we are full-timing it so after a while I'm like dang no place for the shoes is a nuisance! Necessity sparks creativity.

Wow I really like that Mod. We have been living with the shoe pile for a long time.
